Starting in the year 2000 until 2020 we were know as Chester County Trees, a family operated Chester County Pennsylvania evergreen tree farm that grew, dug, sold, delivered, and planted 8' to 10' evergreen trees throughout Chester County PA and surrounding counties. Although sales was better than good, we decided to close the tree business due to retirement considerations and help availability.

Once a tree farmer, always a tree farmer. Something about growing and selling trees brings us joy and pleasure. Therefore in 2020, we decided to extend our joy and pleasure to growing and selling potted evergreen, maple and weeping willow trees, burning bush and forsythia shrubs, blackberry, blueberry, and raspberry bushes, and grapevines. And, a variety of other trees, bushes, and shrubs.

• Our potted Eastern White Pine and Norway Spruce evergreen trees are purchased as plug seedlings and shipped from a certified nursery located in Grand Haven, Michigan where we had purchased all of our seedling and bare root evergreen trees planted on our tree farm.

• Our potted Babylon Weeping Willow trees are cuttings from our Babylon Weeping Willow trees growing on our property.

• Our potted Autumn Blaze Maple, Red Sunset Maple, and Silver Maple trees are seed planted from our maple trees growing on our property.

• Our potted Japanese Maple trees are seedlings transplanted from our Japanese Maple trees growing on our property.

• Our potted English and Black Walnut trees are seedlings transplanted from our English and Black Walnut trees growing on our property.

• Our potted Burning Bush shrubs are seedlings transplanted off our Burning Bush shrubs growing on our property.

• Our potted Lynwood Gold Forsythia shrubs are cuttings off our Lynwood Gold Forsythia bushes growing on our property.

• Our potted Raspberry and Blackberry bushes are cuttings and seedlings off our Raspberry and Blackberry bushes growing on our property.

• Our potted Blueberry bushes are cuttings off our Blueberry bushes growing on our property.

• Our potted Grapevines are purchased as starters from a local nursery where we nurse them to large healthy grapevines.

Our potted trees, shrubs, bushes, and grapevines sell faster than we can grow them. At present most of our mature last years plants are sold in early April leaving most of our stock at about one foot tall. The remainder of our stock will usually reach two feet tall or better by fall or early spring.

Potted plants can be transplanted into the ground almost any time of the year since their root system is barely disturbed with little or no stress when transplanted from a pot.
